After many years of being in the agriculture industry, The Tulip Company opened it's doors to the public with it's new outdoor garden center, landscaping services, and supply company. Shortly after seeing how well the landscape division had done, The Tulip Company decided to rebrand it as TC Design & Supply.

It has now transformed into not only a landscape company, but a full landscape supply outlet, selling to both retail customers and landscape contractors. Cody, The General Manager of The Tulip Company and TC Design & Supply, came up with a unique way to run a successful landscape division while also keeping their local landscape contractors supplied with not only materials but also profitable jobs. Working directly with these landscape companies over the years, he saw a consistent pattern with the struggles they all faced and the opportunity his company could offer them. The benefits of working with a supply company that not only gave landscapers all the products needed at their fingertips, but also helped with design, gave exceptional customer support, and a steady flow of jobs proved to be a great business model.

in 2021, Cody decided to revolutionize the landscape industry and founded Revland LLC. and Revland Outdoor Living LLC.
