Membership Details

Annual Membership Fee: $249.99 per year

Membership renews automatically every twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment.

Membership may be cancelled at any time. To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must occur at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

Plant material purchased at wholesale pricing does not include a warranty.

The 5% service discount does not apply to design-build projects.

Revland Pro Membership Terms

The following terms apply exclusively to the purchase, enrollment, and participation in the Revland Pro Access Membership program. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Membership (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You and Revland Outdoor Living (“Revland,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your enrollment in and participation in the Revland Pro Access Membership (the “Membership”). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership Program

The Revland Pro Access Membership is an annual subscription program that provides Members, while their Membership is active, with access to certain preferred pricing, discounts, consultations, promotional offers, and other member-only or seasonal benefits, as determined by Revland from time to time. The specific benefits offered under the Membership may change from time to time and you will receive written notice of such changes.

Eligibility

The Membership is available to individuals and businesses. Revland reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Membership in its sole discretion.

Fees and Payment

The annual Membership fee is $249.99, charged at enrollment and upon each renewal. All fees are non-refundable.

Term and Automatic Renewal

The Membership has a term of one (1) year beginning on the date of enrollment. Unless cancelled as provided below, the Membership will automatically renew annually, and the then-current annual Membership fee will be charged.

Cancellation; Effect of Termination

You may cancel the Membership at any time. However:

• All Membership benefits terminate immediately upon cancellation, regardless of any remaining time in the then-current term.
• To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must occur at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.
• No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for cancelled Memberships.

If you cancel and later re-enroll, regardless of when you re-enroll, you will be required to pay the then-current annual Membership fee and a new one-year term will begin.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are available only while the Membership is active and may include, without limitation, access to preferred or wholesale pricing on certain products, discounts on certain Revland services, consultations, promotional offers, and other seasonal or member-only perks. Membership does not guarantee product availability, pricing stability, or savings. Revland reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any Membership benefits at any time and will provide you with written notice of such changes.

Misuse; Termination by Revland

Revland may suspend or terminate a Membership immediately if it determines that Membership benefits have been misused, shared improperly, or used in violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all benefits cease immediately and no refunds will be issued.

Non-Transferability

Membership benefits are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.

Attorneys’ Fees

In any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Membership, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Membership shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vigo County, Indiana.

Changes to Terms

Revland may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Membership Program after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
