SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Revland Outdoor Living
Local Delivery
Revland offers local delivery within designated service areas. Delivery fees are based on delivery zone and mileage from our location.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to scheduling.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Revland is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, supplier issues, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customer Presence
Customers are not required to be present at the time of delivery. However, by scheduling delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the designated drop location and any conditions affecting access or placement.
Access & Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• The delivery site is accessible for delivery vehicles
• There is adequate space for unloading materials
• The drop location is clearly communicated prior to delivery
Revland is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other property conditions not disclosed prior to delivery.
Bulk Materials
Bulk materials such as stone, gravel, soil, and mulch will be delivered and dumped in a single location unless otherwise arranged in advance.
If a customer requests materials be placed on a tarp, the customer must provide the tarp. Revland does not guarantee that materials will fully land on the tarp due to load size, dumping conditions, or space limitations.
Once bulk materials have been delivered and unloaded, they cannot be returned.
In-Store Pickup
Certain products may be eligible for in-store pickup. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be cancelled at Revland’s discretion.
Shipping via UPS or FedEx
Select products may be eligible for shipment via UPS or FedEx. Customers must contact Revland directly to arrange carrier shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply and must be approved prior to shipment.
Freight or Special Orders
Special-order or freight-shipped items may require additional processing time and shipping fees. These items are non-returnable unless defective.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
